Here are some tips to choose your normal meal when you are dining outside

In singapore there are alot of food at the hawker centre or coffee shop,that are high in sodium,fats and cholestorol which will affect your overall weight loss process if you choose the wrong meal.

2.Shredded Chicken /fish porridge 鸡丝或鱼粥
Advantages

Chicken and fish -source of protein
Porridge are being cooked by healthy method boiling

Calories:180-200 kcal

3. Yongtaufoo souP梁豆腐汤



Advantages -more vegetables -Nutritious soup

may order small portion of rice

Avoid ordering dried yongtaufoo which are fried.




4.Fishball Noodle 鱼圆面 Advantages

Drink more soup to feel more full ,to avoid eating lesser carbohydrate






5.WholeWHEAT pasta with spinach or other vegetables 全麦面团
Advantages
* Wholewheat have more fibre then the normal pasta





You may add chilli to your food to boost up your metalbolism and burn fats more.




6.Economic rice
