Yes, Tibits those junk food will ruin your diet,your hard work.
Because Tibits are high in calories than normal meals.
Why people consume tibits?
-Loneliness
-Stressful
-Boredism

Stress will result in Sodium (salt ) retention or sweet retention , That is the main reason why People consume tibits,chocolates.

DISADVANTAGES OF JUNK FOOD /TIBITS

-High in fat,sugar,salt

Food Sensitivity

Reactions to foods are not always immediate. They can occur many hours later as bloating and swelling in the hands, feet, ankles, abdomen, chin and around the eyes. Much of the weight gained is fluid retention caused by inflammation and the release of certain hormones. In addition, there is fermentation of foods, particularly carbohydrates, in the intestines which can result in a swollen distended belly and gas production.

So Prevent eating food that you are sensitive .Beware of fluid retention.


Replace healthy crabs instead of tibits like nuts.

If someone offers, then quickly, let the words 'no.' come out of your lips, and avert your eyes from the food. It may sound ridiculous, but it works. Or tell your friends not to offer you junk food anymore.

If someone around you is eating it, make up an excuse to get away. Go to the bathroom or pretend you have to go to get something from somewhere else.

If it's just junk food around the house, then simply stop buying it. Or get your parent/roommate ect. to hide it from you until you learn to control yourself.

Also, every time you crave something salty, eat some low fat crackers or nuts. Or if you crave something sweet, eat some fruit.
