Disadvantages
-High in sodium and fats,cholestrol and carbohydrate
-difficult to digest
-cooked by lard,ghee,large amount of oil,even is vegetable oil.

Suggestion
Eat bee hoon soup instead.




2.Fried rice

Suggestion
Eat white rice instead .But smaller portion with more vegetables .
